THE PROBLEM
The online sale is penalized by the impossibility of knowing the exact size, with a consequent increase in returns for incorrect size. Moreover, very often it is difficult for the consumers to give up the safety of trying on shoes in-store, causing them to abandon the online purchase.

In order to take advantage of the comparison service, it is necessary to upload the 3D shoe last file in .LRS format in the RS-Backoffice, and to insert in the system some additional data regarding the type of shoe, the name of the model, thickness of the sole … etc.
Through the Comparison Management Center of the RS-Backoffice, you can launch the comparison between your scans and the lasts uploaded on the RS-Backoffice, or display the comparisons already made and export the stored comparisons in .xls format.
